Common requests
- Cancel your subscription: open Settings → Subscription and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops your next month's charge; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Delete your account and data: open Settings → Profile and click Permanently delete my account, or email support@mopacsoftware.com. We complete data deletion across our systems within 30 days of your request.
- Revoke Mopac's access to your Google Ads account: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Mopac, and click Remove access. This immediately stops Mopac from reading or updating your campaigns.
- Billing questions: Mopac uses a shared third-party billing platform, so charges appear on your statement as
AITRA. Receipt emails come from our payment processor and may show their branding rather than Mopac's; the body of every receipt clearly identifies Mopac as the service. If you don't recognize a charge, email support and we'll confirm whether it's us within one business day. - California / US privacy rights: see the Privacy Policy, or use the Do Not Sell or Share page to opt out of analytics and ad-network sharing.

Found a vulnerability? Email support@mopacsoftware.com with the subject line "Security Disclosure". We acknowledge reports within two business days and ask that you give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure.
